Mary Kay is deeply passionate about empowering people to strengthen their character and leadership skills. Her combination of management, marketing and sales, and small business leadership, along with business coach training, enables her to be keenly in tune on many levels with her clients.

Mary Kay received her Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Communication with an emphasis in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. Managing software engineers in high tech companies throughout the ‘80s and ‘90s, Mary Kay learned that leading and empowering people was a calling. In the early ‘90s, Mary Kay joined a small software company in Boston, where she played a key role on the Management Team and lead the marketing and business development efforts. Mary Kay received her Coach training from Coach U, Inc., and has run her own business coaching practice, and successfully started, ran, and sold a marketing and events company.

Mary Kay's passion extends to the millennial generation where she works with organizations to assist them in understanding the talent and opportunity that exist in our upcoming young professionals.

Rejuvenation is a priority in Mary Kay’s life. When not working or in the throws of life’s duties, she loves to spend time with her husband and 4 teenagers, read, and commune with nature in the Twin Cities or at her retreat near the North Shore of Lake Superior.
