Team Connections

ENHANCING TEAM PERFORMANCE


Is your team performing to the best of its ability? Are they a group of individuals working on their own goals, or are they a team of partners working toward the common goal of the group? The Team Connections Program is a two phase process.

 

Phase I

The first phase utilizes the DISC assessment to allow each team member an understanding of their individual behavior preferences and style of communication. Each team member completes their assessment and then receives an individual DISC report. The team then gathers for a half-day team building meeting where the assessment results are used to facilitate how team members can recognize each other’s behavior preferences and communicate more effectively. This is an interactive meeting with all group members participating in the activities.


Phase II

Phase two of the program offers the group a chance to gather twice more over a period of six to twelve months for a DISC roundtable discussion. During this 60 minute meeting, DISC assessment results are used a second and third time, in a group setting, to deepen the awareness of each other’s behaviors and communication style. Each interaction around the DISC material brings more knowledge of team members to the table thus enhancing opportunities for improved team performance.
